Mr. Nguyen Francis Tuan Anh - Technology and Solution Advisor, Vmed Group
Frank Nguyen has over 20 years of software development in the US and 10 years of software management experience in Vietnam. Frank has joined 3 successful Silicon Valley startups and has formed a few startups himself in Vietnam.
In May 2012, Frank joined Microsoft Vietnam’s Developer Experience (DX) and Evangelism team as the chief evangelist to help increase awareness and technical capabilities for Microsoft products and services.
In August 2015, Frank formed the first Microsoft Accelerator in Vietnam in partnership with CLAS and Expara to drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure among startups.
In January 2016, Frank launched the first Microsoft Health Innovation Lab (HIL). HIL links companies in the field of Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Services and Diagnostics, and provides access to technologies, entrepreneurship training and venture capital funding to meet the healthcare demands of Vietnam.
In July 2017, Frank reported to Microsoft AHQ’s One Commercial Partner (OCP) team responsible for build-with ISVs and SIs in Vietnam.
In July 2020, Frank resigned from Microsoft to work as Startup & Innovation Advisor to National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (NATEC – MOST) as well as Advisor to Vinasa and VMed Group.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Thai Son - Founder and Chairman of the Board at Tiki Corporation
Tran Ngoc Thai Son is the Founder and Chairman of the Board at Tiki Corporation, a top all-in-one commerce ecosystem in Vietnam, including the integrated supply chain platform run by TikiNOW Smart Logistics, the no. 1 trusted e-commerce platform in Vietnam(*), the retail unit Tiki Trading, and the no. 1 online ticketing platform Ticketbox.
Mr. Son held a double degree in software engineering and commerce in Vietnam and Australia. After graduating with a Master's degree at the University of New South Wales (Australia) in 2007, Tran Ngoc Thai Son worked at Impaq Interactive in Thailand. Returning to Vietnam, Thai Son held the position as Marketing Director at Vinabook and then Managing Director at Vega (Clip.vn).
Having great passion for books, particularly English books, Mr. Son, however, found it difficult for consumers to purchase copyright English books in Vietnam at that time. Moreover, e-commerce in Vietnam remained several obstacles. He came up with a decision on founding Tiki, starting as an online bookstore.
Tiki stands for “Tim Kiem” (Searching) and “Tiet Kiem” (Saving), which is also the vision and mission for the business: becoming a destination where Customers can search for anything they want and save their time and budget.
Starting Tiki as an online bookstore in 2010, Thai Son has turned Tiki into a top trusted multi-selection e-commerce platform for millions of Vietnamese Customers.
Ms. Nguyen Dang Quynh Anh - Vice General Director of Yeah1, General Director of GIGA1
Her 18 years of experience in leading multinational corporations has provided her knowledge in strategic management and brand development orientation. Now she champions the values of sustainable development and innovation.
Before joining Yeah1 Group, Ms. Quynh Anh was the Country Manager of Viber Vietnam. She built and led Viber Vietnam to become the first market that brought in profits for investors from Viber Public Chat application, contributing to facilitating the development of digital platforms to the market of potential customers. In addition, she was the Managing Director of CMG Asia, Director of Strategy and Business Development of Mathnasium Vietnam, and senior management level as Vice President of RiverOrchid Vietnam, as well as Account Director of DDB Vietnam.
Mr. Hans Lukiman - President Commissioner, Ascend Group
Hans currently sits on the National Executive boards (BPP) of both the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) and the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI). He is also the Designated Alternate for the Chairman of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (Indonesia) and a founding member of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council.
His professional experience includes management consulting, with Ernst and Young Advisory as well as Oliver Wyman, with a focus on Financial Services, tech and public policy. Professionally he has advised well-known companies around the world, including one of the world’s largest digital banks, Indonesia’s largest state-owned banks, multinational conglomerates as well as Forbes 500 global members and regulators.
His family company moves in the mining sector as owner operators, with a particular interest in coal, metals and decorative stone. He is currently sitting on the boards of fintech and e-commerce companies.
Mr. Johan Nasir - Director, Proficeo Consultant Sdn Bhd
Johan Nasir has served as the Senior Investment Manager, with Cradle Fund SdnBhd, a government grant investment funding, under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance for over 5 years, since its early inception from 2004 onwards.
For the past 11 years, through Proficeo, he has been a Senior Entrepreneur Coach in various government agency programs, including the Coach & Grow Programme (CGP) and its Investment Readiness Program (IRP) and is currently the Program Director and Master Coach in Residence, for MDEC’s Level Up eUsahawan Program assisting the middle and low income entrepreneurs scale their businesses to export levels. He also coached for the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme via Malaysia Industry-Government High Technology Group (MIGHT) and trains countless Start Ups and Micro SME entrepreneurs on various subject matters. The multiple Proficeo programs involved have collectively generated over RM 3 Billion in cumulative revenues and higher multiplier effect impact contribution to the economy.
He was a committee member with the Malaysian Association of ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs (MAAYE), and now the Secretary for the Malaysian Young Entrepreneurs ASEAN Association (MAYA), part of the ASEAN-mandated network of Young Entrepreneurs from all 10 ASEAN Member Countries, incubated under ASEAN-BAC. He has evaluated over 2000 innovation & business ideas over the past 16 years and continues to contribute widely in the ecosystem and has influenced entrepreneurship policies and strategies within the government, agencies and ecosystem. His own multiple business interest and companies in industries such as Banking, Investments, Property, Advertising and many more, as well as being an active champion of the diverse entrepreneur companies he currently oversees, makes him an influential connector to business and investment opportunities across the ASEAN borders and beyond.

Currently, he is the Vice President of IDG Capital Vietnam, and the COO for Forbes Vietnam. He is a speaker, a business lecturer, an investor and mentor for many start-up projects in Vietnam. He is also a commissioner of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA) for term VI (2018-2021).
He is the author of the books: "Hay song o the chu dong", "Song tich cuc de yeu thuong", "Tin vao chinh minh", "Cu bay roi se cao". Nguyen Tuan Quynh is the Founding President of JCI Vietnam in 2008, and was the Vice President of HCMC Young BusinessPeople Association (YBAHCM) from term VII to term X (2011-2020).
